Vetting Process

This form begins the Facility 22 vetting process. Your responses will be reviewed by our team to determine your readiness for the Jail Role-Play experience. Once reviewed, you will receive a link to schedule an online video interview with an F22 representative where you will have the opportunity to discuss your interests, boundaries, and overall fit for the immersive environment.

Completion of the interview is required before your application can progress and approval is required before you may attend an event. Once approved, you will be logged into our system and are permitted to attend any events without additional vetting.
